[Trlog] Contests with Time Periods - How to manage?

Last weekend's Ukrainian Championship is exactly of this kind.
Bands 160 and 80
Period one = 2000-2200
Period two = 2200-2359
Exchange = region + # (LV 001)
Mult = new regions counted separately in every part.
