[Trlog] Is TR Log being suported???

There have been a few updates to adopt new contest rules (will be another 
one for the new 10 meter contest sometime before the contest).

Which e-mail was that?

There is a TR4W program written by a Russian that is being used.  It did
use some of the TR Log code - but is it's own program.
