[Trlog] Problem with Cabrillo log

I have been completely out of the contesting loop for three years. Just back into the game, I submitted my POST-generated Cabrillo log to ARRL for the CW portion and had it rejected.


Here is a sample message

[X] QSO: 3500 CW 2012-11-03 0510 K6KYJ         1 A 55 SV  K7VU        378 A 66 Wy
Line ignored.
I do not recognize '2012-11-03 0510' as a valid date and time.


I am using TR v6.96 and POST v6.93.

Help.
