[Trlog] CW Open Config File

Anyone have a config file for the CW Open format of only a number (four 
digits) and a name? I've tried adapting the files of WPX, Fists, etc but 
can't find one that likes only these two exchanges. Others want a 
state/prov or do not want a name, etc. Seems this should be an easy problem 
for me to resolve but have not yet.

Need the "regular" TR, not the TR4W version, which apparently does have a 
CWO exchange format.
