[Trlog] Winkeyer SMT and sidetone

We have had one exchange off the list - I had asked if you 
set the tones to '0' - you had and that has not worked.

I will suggest two things:

Make sure they are really set to 0.

you also might try exiting the program and deleting your
restart.bin or <contestname>.RST file and then restarting.

Does your Winkey SMT have the Winkey Version 3 firmware in it?

The trlinux code should be able to set the tone - and in my quick
look at the Winkeyer V. 3 docs it should honor the commands
for V. 2.x code but there might be something I am missing.

I think he tests for V 2 code and this might be confusing trlinux in
the commands it might try to send to the winkeyer if you have V 3.x 
firmware.

W9CF might have	some thoughts.
