[Trlog] TR and Memory issues

I just found a note that says that using 6.96 in the NAQPSSB last time I ran
out of memory after 1K Q's.  I believe Tree told me that using the "exchange
memory" was causing the lack of memory.  I would like to keep that feature.
Here is my config.sys file any ideas what to do to help this memory
situation?

I used 7.00 in the IARU (CW only) with zero problems except the mults
flashing but I cannot use 7.00 on SSB with my DVP board or in a contest that
you use a dupe sheet.

I am exploring using LINUX since George (TR) has prodded me.
