[Trlog] TR and Memory issues

Simple solution is to pare down the cty.dat file.  When I used an old one
(45K vs. 70K) memory went from 7K to 40K.

I just found a note that says that using 6.96 in the NAQPSSB last time I ran
out of memory after 1K Q's.  I believe Tree told me that using the "exchange
memory" was causing the lack of memory.  I would like to keep that feature.
Here is my config.sys file any ideas what to do to help this memory
situation?
