[Trlog] Winkeyer USB sidetone

Kevin,
TNX but does not work here. Works with my home built keyers but not with
Winkey 3.1 - it is initialized to its default state which has sidetone =
on. CW TONE = 0 does not override it ... this is THE PROBLEM...
