Hullo UK Contesters,
Most Contests are annual. If you miss it, there's only
another eleven and a bit months to wait until the next one.
Not so with the Yuri Gagarin Contest. It's only once every
three years. It's being held this weekend from 21z on Sat 13
to 21z on Sun 14 April. It's CW only and the exchange is
your ITU Zone (27). It's a 24-hour only contest.
Just to add to the confusion, I notice that the JA International DX
CW Contest (no not "All Asia", but the one in which you can only
work JA's) is running on HF for 48hr from 23z Fri 12 to 23z Sun 14.
This one's only on 20m-15m-10m.
These should keep us amused until Mellish (VK9ML) and
Baker/Howland (K1B) show up!
