COMMENTS :
Usual mixed mode 20/40 effort.
Usual lame mult total.
Bands were really erratic and noisy here.

Rates were good whilst running and always plenty of new q's to grab S&P.
First 2 hours were 100+ q/h

Same as IOTA, cw seemed a lot more productive than phone, opposite to last
year.
I hope this is a sign of improved cw skills.

A couple of pre 1940 numbers, and I received 19 from an SP2, which is
questionable.

G4BWP tried to move me from 40 to10, but I hadn't got a paddle plugged in. I
didn't have a memory set up and I couldn't respond to say 'no ant'.
How embarrasing ! - sorry.

A nasty storm passed over around 6.30 as Lee mentioned.
I carried on through it whilst trying to work out how close it was by
clocking the time between the monster cracks of static and the sound of
thunder ! I didn't think it was that close but I discovered Sunday evening
it had hit a local Bingo hall that's only a 1/4 mile away.
Thinking about it later. I'm perched on top of a hill at 270m asl,
surrounded by commercial towers. I must have lost my mind, I won't be doing
that again.

I recorded the entire contest to the Hard Drive, taking up 335Mb.
So if anyone needs some tips on lowering their mult totals, this is the file
for you . . .
