[UK-CONTEST] IARU HQ stations

I been looking over some the HQ station scores from this years IARU contest.

There are some huge totals/scores being made, with very large 2 station per
band equipment/antenna run downs.
YL4HQ, OE1XHG, OI2HQ, YT0HQ, SN0HQ etc.
Are these typical multi/multi set-ups with each station run from the same
station location?

The 3830 report from OI2HQ mentioned they used various stations mainly in
Southern Finland. As a few of the other country HQ stations made similar
totals I was wondering if they used other stations scattered around the
country as well.
If this is the case why isn't the RSGB HQ station doing the same.

I've a glanced over the IARU rules about HQ stations and I'm none the wiser.
Anyone have any answers.
