According to my complimentary log book from the RSGB (I pay by direct
debit), which includes a 2003 contest diary, AFS CW is on 12th Jan & AFS SSB
is on 18th Jan.

It may also interest some that the LF cumulatives are back and on:
4th Jan (7MHz)
5th Jan (3.5MHz)
7th Jan (1.8MHz)
11th Jan (3.5MHz)
15th Jan (1.8MHz)
19th Jan (7MHz)
23rd Jan (1.8MHz)
25th Jan (7MHz)
26th Jan (3.5MHz)

You'll have to wait until the contesting guide (in Jan?) for the rules
though!
