I have to say that when the HFCC do get messages from "others who are not
past winners". they are either ignored ( I have received NO response to a
plea to have an SSB section in a 160m contest) or, after an exchange of
e-mails it becomes apparent that the HFCC are not interested in "others who
are not past winners" as in the apparent opinion of the HFCC  "others who
are not past winners" cannot possibly know what the UK contesters want.
In the latter case you get a message that says something along the lines of
I have a full time job and this is only a hobby and I do not have time to
reply to you.

Any comments HFCC????
