Yes, V9.02 is nearly five years old.  However, I added support for
this contest with SD V9.62 in April 2000.  Here's an extract from
the release notes.

RSGB Low Power Field Day.
    Support added to Type 11.

        QRP fixed    10 points
        QRP portable 15 points
        Others        5 points.

Anyone can download the current version, 9.90, to confirm (or
otherwise) that it's working properly - from
http://www.ei5di.com/sd/sd990.zip.  If you're not registered, the
program will stop after logging 30 QSOs.
