Got a crippled antenna ( ever used all driven phased verticals?; 
don't even think about it!), so just a couple of hours, poodling


295 QSOs 81 mults  167,913 pts.


A much better contest this year. Only one station insisted in 
QRMing me by asking my IOTA ref. this year. Operating not 
brilliant, but improved I'd say. Activity seemed much higher , 
even from the US, and a few Far East and Africans.


Seems like the excellent book by Don impinged on activity.

Not really my bag, but not too painful this year. Some more 
improvement could make this a good contest; hanging in there.


Highlight, breaking a pile up on a JA first call, with a 3:1 SWR 
on 14Mhz. Lowlight, missing GM7X in the QRM on 14Mhz also. 
Probably had about 25w erp :-((
