[UK-CONTEST] WRTC Selections

Hello Don et al

The only ones I want to score points are our UK team !!
There is still some confusion in my mind - referring back
to Roger's posting, the RSGB HFCC have chosen our
UK team, but there does not seem to have been any
co-ordination or effort to secure a second UK 'wildcard'
team. There is no argument about who the HFCC chose
as our UK team, just perhaps a lack of transparency in
the selection process.

Having looked briefly at the 'wildcard' selection criteria,
I can't think of anyone in the UK, using their own callsign
from their home station, who would meet these criteria ?

Anyway - the GM7V team will be operating GB5HQ during
the WRTC event, and we'll pull out all the stops to work
Andy and Fred as easily as possible.  Good luck and good
propagation !
