Great idea Peter. But why just the French? Let's get the DARC
involved so we can include Togo, Cameroon (again) and
South West Africa. Then there's VERON. They could bring
in Indonesia and Surinam. Oh, there's URE in Spain and
whatever they're called in Portugal. They could bring in the
rest of South America, most of the Caribbean and some nice
ones like CR4, CR5, CR6 and CR7 in Africa.

Yes, it'd be quite an event, this new "Worked all old Empires" 
Contest of yours. In the style of early pre-war 'contests' it should
run for seven days. None of this namby-pamby 12-hour stuff.

Count me in - provided, of course, it's on CW only and the PA can 
only be an 807.
