[UK-CONTEST] WAB Contest

It appears to me that every time anyone says anything which could affect the
RSGB we are in "knocking the RSGB mode". That is (in my opinion) one of
the reasons why many UK amateurs are not members of the RSGB.

Thank you Don for the update I was also around when WAB started (but
overseas) and can recall seeing publicity on it via the 9V1 society. So
there was something at that point. I did not join in as it was not at that
time my thing. (I have only just started noting US Counties). But I
obviously missed the UK end of the start and if they (the WAB) made no
efforts in the UK then as Don says its over to them.

Re the signing of e-mails I have said this before if you look at the e-mail
address you see all you need to know!!
