[UK-CONTEST] HQ Station in BERU Anyone?

To be fair, I think it could be said that it has done, because G4TSH was the
one asking for volunteers. Apparently there has been traffic on this
reflector about this issue which hasn't reached me - a common complaint
about contesting.com reflectors recently.
