[UK-CONTEST] Russian contest

Further to recent navel contemplation about UK contest 
participation, please note that the Russian contest is this 
weekend. Forget any prejudice you might have, this is a nifty 
little event, growing both in popularity and stature. I 
therefore propose that we make an effort to increase the UK 
entries substantially this year. BERU it ain't, but a refreshing 
change I propose


If you want something to point your gun at, here are last years 
UK scores. If anyone can top last year's UK leader, then I'll 
buy them a sherbet, now I can't say fairer than that; you won't 
get a better offer on this reflector I guarantee.
