Hello all,

can anyone tell me a working email address for someone on the HFCC please?

On behalf of a national society I am after a rule clarification which will 
hopefully see that society entering some RSGB HF contests, but the only one 
that I can find on the website (hfcc.chairman at rsgb.org.uk) does not appear to 
be getting through.
