[UK-CONTEST] WPX Rules for Multi-Single

Thanks everybody. I had assumed that the same mult could be worked on all
bands, whereas in fact once a mult (prefix) has been worked, it doesn't
count again. Certainly eases the band hopping requirement. As Andy says it
all makes for an interesting multi-single contest. All I need now is some
decent weather so that I can work on the antennas!  73 Chris
