[UK-CONTEST] ARRL DX SSB Top ten finishers

We got the October and the November issues of QST with the very same mail
delivery at RSGB HQ early this week!

As for QST arriving well before RadCom, all that means is that RadCom is more up
to date when it arrives! The date of posting is not really relevant anyway,
though we do like to get RadCom to all members before the 1st of the month with
the cover date on. (Having said that, expect to get the December and especially
January 2003 issues very early this year!)

It was nice to see so many UK-Contest Reflector subscribers at the HF
Convention. Hope you all had an enjoyable weekend.
