No, Mike. Cluster is universally recognised as another operator hence it
is permitted in multi-op contests. With the inaccuracy of many of the spots
it actually isn't a very good op, neither is it really a good receiver!

Just a thought.
If you run an FT1000mp you have 2 RX therefore adding a cluster station
makes it 3 rx so that is outside the rules (or is it?).
