If you are still unhappy about Class B licencees getting HF privileges, then read this.
We need as much support and activity as we can get. It also strengthens the case for

Well, then the specs are nonsensical, because the amount of radiation
that is permissable completely prevents weak-signal HF communication.
ARRL (W1RFI) recently did some tests in areas where BPL has been
deployed on a trial basis, and the results were horrific:
