[UK-CONTEST] "CQ" cert finally arrives...

Hullo UK Contesters,

As we know "CQ" certificates are not the fastest thing on two wheels.

A "CQ" certificate for CQWW SSB (Oct 2001) has just arrived. It was
mailed by "CQ" in NY on 10 Dec 2003 - that's a little over two years
after the Contest.

PS : I'm NOT complaining (really, I am not!) but it just beats me how
it can take so long to print off and mail "CQ" certificates.
