Let us be 100% sure that the thoughts expressed on this reflector are passed
on to the HFCC and indeed VHF CC. It should not be assumed that the thoughts
are automagically picked up by the contest committees. It should also not be
assumed that the thoughts expressed on this reflector are those of the
majority of contesters.

Can I suggest that one of the more vociferous contributers to this reflector
volunteers to ensure that the thoughts are passed on.
