[UK-CONTEST] HST Contest

Hello All and Happy New Year

RSGB have been invited to field a team at the IARU Regional HST (High Speed
Telegraphy) World Championship

It is an event for  "off air" CW skill in both TX and RX.  The event is in
May and we have to register by March.
