[UK-CONTEST] Log submissions by e-mail to Robot

Hi All,

It appears that there is a glitch with the e-mail log robot.  It does not
generate an acknowlegement as expected.  However the logs are getting
through.  We are trying to get it fixed but not sure when this will happen.
