If the cluster is using DXSpider then use something like,

acc/spot on 14000/14350 and by_zone 14,15,16,17,18,19,20

14000/14350 are the upper/lower freq limits.
14,15,16etc are the zones you want.

btw, once you've setup a filter dont use sh/dx to do a refresh to see if the
filter works. It will return with spots that were sent before the filter was
set, and look like its not working. Wait a few mins and monitor the spots
coming through.
They should be filtered.
