[UK-CONTEST] Re: Rule bending

Whilst on the subject of rule bending (9A0A, IOTA 2001) I seem to recall a
post cw field day message reading something to the effect that it would have
been nice to have had the extra 3db provided by the FT1000MK V. Is there not
a power limit of 100  watts on field day or have I missed a change in the
rules.
