[UK-CONTEST] Cabrillo Logs for IOTA

An updated version of SDICHECK is available at
http://www.ei5di.com/sd/sdicheck.zip (58 kb).

The changes are to the Cabrillo .LOG option.

1. QRP is added to the Power options.

2. The Summary Score band headings were reversed.
   That's now fixed.

Don't worry if you have already sent in your entry
with the incorrect band headings, as all logs are
re-scored from your QSOs.
