Further to the attached.  I have received a very robust statement from Colin
Thomas G3PSM on behalf of the RSGB to the effect that "There are to be no
adverse changes to the R1 160m allocations."

If I caused you to panic, you can stop right now!  I should hate to be
considered a scare monger.  Perish the thought.
