[UK-CONTEST] 160m Cause for concern?

I am sure many reflectees are better informed than I am on such matters, so
hopefully one of you will be able to put my mind at rest.  My attention has
been drawn to a new FCC document which sets out what purport to be up to the
minute frequency allocations.  The scary thing is, it says that in Region 1
Topband is now limited to 1810 - 1850 kHz.

Tell me they've got it wrong.  Please.
