[UK-CONTEST] IOTA Contest Certificate

Hullo UK Contesters,

Likewise .... I was really impressed with two colourful contest
certificates recently received from the RSGB (for IOTA 2002 and
Jubilee Contest 2002). A great improvement. Thanks!

[Hopefully the days of the virtually colourless and bland sheets of
plain white A4 certificates are now behind us.]
