Nice thought Steve but the earliest is likely to be 0100 on Sunday 31st
October. This ties in with the change of the broadcasting schedules and
the changeover back to GMT.
This is not yet written in stone. Whilst every committee under the sun has
agreed the early access there still remains the NFAP (National Frequency
Assignment Panel) which is due to meet in the next week or so, then certain
legal procedures which Ofcom have to abide with under the latest
Communications Act.
Keep 'em all crossed.
