[UK-CONTEST] 28Mhz propagation - update

Well I had decided that the band was well and truly dead by 1630z (my 
last QSO outside the UK was at 1247) so I switched off and went to do 
other things. When I came back into the shack at around 2015 I was 
surprised to find strong CW on 28.040 - there were a couple of IZ2 
stations having an involved ragchew in Italian! Sadly I could hear 
nothing else on the band, clearly the rest of Europe had decided like 
me to abandon the contest and a few CQ calls brought no results.

Unlike the YU opening on Saturday this was of longer duration - the 
Italians were still at it at 2030 but somewhat weaker.
