[UK-CONTEST] What switched mode 13.8V PSU?

Hi James,
I also have a SEC psu (also used with an IC706) which I took on a round the
World trip.
Ended up not doing too much operating but was OK when I needed it.  Haven't
used it on a genny yet though...
Good to have both 110V and 230V capability.
