[UK-CONTEST] What switched mode 13.8V PSU?

I have bought several SEC 1223 switched mode power supplies, rated at 20A
(23A intermittent).  They have dual 110/230v AC input (inside box), and seem
to be noise-free on HF.  I don't know how they would perform on a dodgy
generator!
