The exchange is RS(T) and serial, so use Writelog in WPX mode.
Once you generate the Cabrillo file, edit it using Notepad (or whatever)
and ensure that in the CATEGORY: field you indicate either LOW for
the 100W section, or QRP for the 10W section. Ensure also that you 
put the name of your affiliated society in the CLUB: field. 

It will be very helpful if all the logs from any particular society use the
same 
abbreviation. For example if we have three logs giving the club as
Neasden & District ARS
Neasdon RS
Neasden & D RC
- then we'll have to sort it out manually. If all logs state the name
exactly
the same, aggregation by club can be automated.
