Hi all

After my post trying to gather information in preperation for the 80m Data
modes CC contest tomorrow night, I only had one reply but had a couple of
people emailed and ask if I could forward any info I did get back to the
reflector.

This is info so far

PSK31 Frequency 3.580-3.582
PSK63 Frequency 3.582-3.583
Rtty Frequency 3.583-3.600

I suppose if we stick to the top of the PSK31 area we should avoid conflict
with other non contest PSK31 users.

Software investigated -

Writelog - I already use for ssb, cw and casual RTTY contesting but does not
fully support PSK31/63 many current users may want to use for RTTY
operation. http://www.writelog.com/

Digipan - Freeware - supports PSK31/63 but no contest mode so manual send of
serial numbers would be necessary - easy to setup. www.digipan.net

MMTTY - Freeware - Excellent RTTY software that has a contest mode
relatively easy to setup.

MixW - 15 Day free trial full functionality - Supports all modes, with
contest mode. It is quite involved to setup. My choice for contest so will
let you know how I get on with it. www.mixw.net

N1MM Logger - Freeware - Fully functional contest logger that supports all
modes. I was going to use this Software but had crashes on XP. lots of users
have no problem so worth investigating. Quite involved to setup.

There are many many more programs out there many of them freeware so use
your search engines.

I hope this is of some use and if any body has more info or corrections
please shout. I hope to work you all in the contest.
