[UK-CONTEST] RadCom IOTA Results

Congrats once again to the IOTA contest team for this months results article
in RadCom.
An excellent write-up to round off a superbly organised and run contest.
According to the article there will be no changes to the rules for this
year,  this is a bit disappointing as there were many suggestions on this
reflector after the contest.
I must say a special well done to Richard, GM3PPG/P who is the first winner
of the Summer Isles Trophy.  Having visited his contest site on a hot July
day (with bottles of cold beer of course!) you cannot fail to be impressed
by the work that goes into his efforts.
Let's hope for many more such efforts in 2004.
MM0BQI/P or MM0Q will certainly be QRV from EU92, Tanera Mor in the Summer
Isles for IOTA 2004
