[UK-CONTEST] WPX CW Query

I worked OJ0SM three times as follows:

My Nr    His Nr
26          172
97          137
1005       002

I queried the 002 and he confirmed it, twice.  I have four possible
theories:
1 - He started at 400 and worked down until 001 and then packed in!
2 - There was more than one operator and each began again from 001.
3 - He started from 001 on each band, possibly since 002 was on 10m.
4 - I copied 137 when he sent 237, but that doesn't explain his 002.

Any road up, it was a bit weird. Chris G3SJJ / G8D
