[UK-CONTEST] Short Call Notification to Ofcom

In The past we advised our local office in Falkirk of when and where we were
using the short contest call(as required in the NOV).  With the Ofcom
re-organisation there are no local offices listed on their WebPages only the
regional centres (Glasgow).
Do users of short calls advise the regional centre or continue to advise the
local office?
