The calculation was executed by a very learned fellow contester. I bow to
his superior knowledge. Any interference attributable to specific event
experience, station ergonomics, superior operating skills, antenna take off
angle etc, ground reflection etc were eliminated as being a rode of
codsrollop. I think the media would call it contesting by postcode! Chris

I suppose I cannot guess who's QTH it is!

I guess propagation is like the resonance curve, 20 miles away and you are
3dB
down on Q's - depending on the 'Q' of the ionosphere on any given contest!
