[UK-CONTEST] Power Line Transmission

Hi all,

We are based in Winchester and have not heard anything so far. We  have a
couple of HF aerials on the roof for testing purposes
and I have operated from the office. I have primed the Engineers to let me
know if they ever hear anything unusual....

I don't think that the real trial in Winchester has started yet. From what I
have read on the ARRL website and elsewhere I suspect we would hear it.
