[UK-CONTEST] PLT trial

Hi

Don't take too much notice of the numbers involved in these trials put about
by the advocates of PLT.
. The Winchester trials are in I think about 12 households and the total
trials across the UK are probably a few 100 households at most.

The RSGB and IARU are actively involved in the various committees who are
considering PLT.

Cases of interference which can be attributed to PLT or anything else come
to that should be noted and reported to the RSGB EMC Committee.

The advocates of PLT keep claiming 'no complaints' so any information to
refute that is welcome.
