You have reinforced a point I made earlier which I do not recall seeing go
through.
It was that was if the completion of equipment codes etc was a part of the
rules then the rules should have been enforced and operators not complying
should have the score unpublished and a list of disqualified calls
published. I am sure that the miscreants would soon toe the line. After all
if the adjudicators do not apply the rules you may as well throw away the
rule book completely!!
My only change to the equipment codes would be to loose the codes and use
real numbers and letters ie Type of Tx, Power out, Type of antenna, Height
of antenna.
