[UK-CONTEST] Voice Keyer

I've been using the soundcard DVK within Writelog now since 2000 without any
problems.

One thing to bare in mind, if one requires to record messages 'on the fly',
such as the forever changing 'here and 7205' messages the mic line will need
to be run through the soundcard as well.
