[UK-CONTEST] RSGB VHFCC E-Mail Log Entry Fault

It seems that there is an outage at one of the mail servers used to provide
the e-mail entry service for RSGB VHF contests, so if you get a bounce
message it's probably not that you have the address wrong
(vhf.entry at rsgb.org.uk) - please just try again a little later.

The helpdesk assures me that they are working on the problem. It's 23:30 UK
time 17th May right now, and it's been down for about 6 hours.
